Commencement

Everything you need to know about your final year at Milton is right here.  Check back regularly for upcoming events and information for your post-secondary pathway planning and this year's Prom, Grad Breakfast & June Commencement event.

The Commencement Event will be held on Thursday, June 29th at the Velodrome facility at Tremaine & Derry Road in Milton.  The Grad fee of $55.00 will help to cover the cost of the venue rental, gowns & caps (which students will keep), stage and chair rental, the annual Grad Breakfast and other incidentals in putting this event together for the graduating class.  The fee is available on Cashless, or you may send a cheque payable to Milton District HS, or exact cash to the main office.

Did you know..........

As of July 1st, students who are NOT actively registered with HDSB (Summer School) or are NOT pre-registered for the 2017-2018 school Year with HDSB, WILL LOSE THEIR ACCESS TO THE HDSB NETWORK & HALTON CLOUD/G SUITE FOR EDUCATION APPLICATIONS AND DATA?

If you wish to retain your data, you can:
  • Transfer your data to a personal Google Account using Google Takeout Transfer Your Content            (see Transfer your content); or
  • Archive your data using Google Takeout.  The traditional Takeout is also available to create an archive of your data in G Suite.
This will enable students to easily retain your email, essays, resumes, science projects and any other school files stored on Google Drive before access has been removed to your HDSB account.

Students will need to complete the above by June 30, 2017.
